Privacy notice

This notice covers the Aurifex waiting list, the only personal information this website collects at present.

Who we are

Aurifex is run by SLMedia. Questions about your information: privacy@aurifexai.com.

What we collect, and why

• Your email address, when you join the waiting list, so we can email you once when Aurifex opens.
• The date you joined and the wording you agreed to, as a record of your consent.

We use your email for that purpose only. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or add you to other lists. Our legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

To stop automated abuse, the website briefly keeps the internet address a request came from, in memory only, for up to an hour. It is not stored.

Who handles it

The website and its database are hosted by Railway, a hosting company whose servers may be outside the UK. They store the information for us and may not use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

Until Aurifex opens and we have sent that email, and then for no more than 12 months, unless you become a member. If you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing privacy@aurifexai.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
